Problem in the observatory 71% [Archive]

Hi all,

I'm in the observatory and I have died. When I restart the game Farah asks me if I'm in the platform. Then I answer her no and I go to the platform. When I arrive it starts like a film where the platform must be elevated. When the film ends the platform continues where it started and I cannot reach the lamps in the roof.

Do you know what must I do?

the platform doesnt go all the way up, you have to get up there...across from you is a platform with a sand cloud to the left, jump acrossed. on the right side are some poles that will get you up to a mechanism that will move the lamps. you have to swing into the middle then acrossed to the other side...one is red, one is blue, those are what move the lamps. GOOD luck!

Yes, but the problem is that the platform doesn't elevate. The first time I arrived this place, I saved the game in the save point in the left of the entrance. Then the girl went through the wall and I went to the platform. When I arrived the platform the girl actioned a switch and the platform started to elevate.

Then while I was moving the lamps I died and I had to reload the game. Now is when I have the problem because I start in the save point in the entrance of the observatory and the girl asks me if I am in the platform. I go to the platform and then starts the video where the platform should go up, but it doesn't happen anything.

I'm having a similar problem. In fact it's exactly the same. I hope this is not an error in the game. Help Ubisoft?

well my problem is similar but farah doesnt ask anything & the doenst elevate.

That has happened to me a couple of times.
Other game players have mentioned that bug.

Usually load a recently saved game and try again. The bug did not repeat for me nor for the other game players for that game sequence.

That is one of a few known bugs in the game which has a work-around.
