Patch in Japan

How do I get access to the game patch while in Japan? I bought Splinter Cell in Japan. When I downloaded the patch, it told me that it was only intended for North America. Fine, but how can I get my hands on a patch that will work for me? You have sites for Spain, France, Britain, and so on, but no site for Japan.

You need to get the European patch. Which can be found here:
