It would be worth it if you were allowed to;
1. fly way beyond design specifications
2. shoot something
3. land without gear
4. EJECT!

the other day 2 guys won a contest and the rpize was to fly a real mig-21 (off service from the russian aiforce) and they were allowed to take the stick for a brief instant with the supervision of the pilot of course.
They found that the mig was very sensitive ti stick imput than they ever imagined.
