Lol, so I'm wandering the gardens in Eder Gira (stuck not knowing what to do), and suddenly *poof* I'm falling through the floor of the garden and see the world spinning away above me. I was standing near the stone marker thing that is in the middle of the path in the 2nd garden-ish room. Once I fell far enough I automatically linked back to my home age.

Amusing event, nonetheless. Back to wandering till I find a new button to push or something...

Although the maintainers have patched most of them you will still find an occasional anomoly.

Yeah, and just incase the game doesn't automatically link you out, remember that you can always use your book manually!

Most likely a clipping error in the graphics...

Ubisoft support site for now. Describe exactly where it's happening.

Have you updated the game first though? There are updates out that patch some of these.

Sorry for the length on this, but thought I would paste this in from the Tech Support info on the UruLive site... Has all the info on how to report bugs like falling "through the world".. I found a spot in Teledahn that I fell through repeatedly, too, and used the in-game feature to report it. Just a note, if you use the in-game feature, do NOT expect to hear back from a CCR. I had an email response rather than someone contacting me or replying to me in-game.. Hope this helps...

How can I reach Uru: Ages Beyond Myst technical support?

Answer:
There are several ways you can get help when you are faced with a technical problem in Uru: Ages Beyond Myst.

1- You can start by checking our extensive support data base at http://care.ubi.com/support/ubisoft.cfg/php.exe/enduser/home.php? Many issues have been resolved or clarified already, and yours might be one of them.

2-If the problem is minor, you can also post on the forums at http://uruforums.ubi.com. The Uru community is a dedicated and friendly resource- see if your fellow explorers have already worked out the solution.

3-You can also send a detailed description of your problem via the Ask a Question form to our CCR (Customer Care Representative) staff at http://urusupport.ubi.com. Our CCR team will answer your questions as fast as they can or let you know they are working on a solution.

4-If you are in the Prologue, you can also page a live CCR (Customer Care Representative) when you are playing. Simply use the /petition option. Depending on the nature of the problem, you can use the following commands:

- /bug Reports a bug to the QA team for further testing.
- /feedback Sends feedback and suggestions to the game analysts.
- /harass Reaches a CCR for help.
- /exploit Reaches a CCR for help.
- /stuck Reaches a CCR for help.
- /technical Reaches a CCR for help.
- /generalhelp Reaches a CCR for help. This might sometimes prove impossible when your problem is preventing you from playing.

We are here to help you get back to exploring as quickly as possible- please let us know if you encounter a difficulty!

I should clarify, I used the /technical, and got an email response, there may be other in-game CCR features where you DO get a live CCR response while still in game...

I don't believe you have the update patch! When you first start Uru, click on the update tab and wait while it updates your Uru with the patch.

Then go back and see if you still fall through the garden.
