TPoTS Dead On Startup.....?

Lets see -- Uru ABM loads up & works beautifully.

To D'ni starts -- not a hitch.

TPoTS? Freezes on the first loading bar. Anyone else have this problem? Any thoughts Heimdall?

I'm heading straight off to bother Deledrius!.

On the freeze issue, I didn't have any problems with loading whatsoever, although I certainly did have with To D'NI. Maybe it's just your turn.

Guess so... This is rediculous - then again it is always hard to figure out and justify the issue if it works before what should be a relatively winor update.

If I had a loading freeze, I'd:

-- Check the integrity of my hard disk(s).

-- Defrag the disk(s) after verifying integrity.

-- Halt all unnecessary background processes before starting PotS.

-- Reset my virtual memory paging file to 3x installed RAM.

-- Be sure my RAM isn't borked (and there's at least 512MB of it).

-- Update sound and video drivers as necessary.

-- Re-install DirectX 9.0b, with new drivers or not.
