I don't own the PC Version of the game, but ... like any other game ... I guess that's under Video in the Options-section /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

What's under your video options are your only choice. There aren't many choices here...

Edit them in the XIII.ini file. Likely, only the ones under Direct3D.ipDrv (or something like that) will matter.
