Well, i just got done beating gr: all 15 missions in russia and now im in desert seige, i didnt even know it gave u that many (i have ps2 version) this is cool

Yes we can D/L 2 missions for the Xbox in the UK... Refinery(Coiled Viper) and the Beach Mission(Sterling Phoenix). There are another 4 levels which Ubi released to the USA on the RS3 disc(back in September!!) but no news recently about the rest of us getting those levels.. /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-mad.gif/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-mad.gif

TO claude,

listen boy, you obviously have a helluvalot to learn.
PS2 version HAS got ALL DESERT SIEGE missions on it.
why don't you try finishing the first 15 missions of the regular GR.
Maybe that will do something special? there are even 5 multiplayer maps from desert siege.
i have ps2 version too, love it


and this cristmas we get JUNGLE STORM that includes the ISLAND THUNDER missions and a NEW campaign in COLOMBIA, thats right and its called JUNGLE STORM.
plus we get the NETWORK stuff and VOICE COMMUNICATIONS. really awesome

if only i could get me networkadaptor to function properly!

Anyway, ive played the PS2 version and dunt really like it ("steamlined for the console" strikes again) and am getting Rainbowsix 3 on friday /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

Island Thunder is set in Cuba. BIG difference there.


But, I agree with you on the PS2 version. Just doesn't have the same gameplay that the XBox and the PC versions have.

To become a legend, you have to train like one...

Alas, it wouldn't work. USA= NTSC video format, UK= PAL video format. I'm fairly sure you cant use one in the other(w/out voiding any warranty /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-tongue.gif )

The problem is with my Xbox being PAL /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif my TV can handle PAL or NTSC.

Hmmmmmm I suppose I could buy an import xbox /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

Sod it!! They must release those levels to us Brits(and everyone else denied the disc) at some point shirley???
