It is impressive indeed. I am also using Guitar Rig free edition as multi effects for bass. The only issue is that the bass amp is included in the free version only as a demo and the app gives you a message and stops after 30 minutes of playing, then you have to close and restart it. It has some pretty nice bass presets and you can create your own, of course.

I really need to check that out. How much is the full version if I decide to purchase? I'm planning on getting a cabinet soon to produce a louder and hopefully better tone while practicing and I certainly could use something to help me find pedals that I like.

Guitar Rig pro is US$ 199, but you can download the free version and test as much as you like. I started another thread on the guitar forum, where you can find the link.
