Colleagues missing

When I load my game the colleagues, it does not show on the bottom of the page where you can invite them. I need to be able to heal people in the ward or earn energy for the game. Does anyone know how to fix this.
I have tried reloading pressing F5, deleting cookies, but nothing has work so far.
Please help me!!!!!!!

Are you trying to invite your Facebook friends to play HouseMD or are you trying to use Colleague's that you already have?
