Generaly Xbox Live updates are early morning in North America, whereas PS3 is usually late afternoon in North America.

It's not the patch that will allow us to play bass, but it seems like a preparation update.

The guitar selection screen now takes you to the bassdownload if you select bass but obviously it's not on there yet lol

As of 10:30 pm Chicago (Central US) time on Monday evening, I got the patch, but when I try to get the Bass pack, I get a "Nothing to purchase at this time" message, and the game restarts.

Sounds like us PS3 users will have to wait on Sony putting it up on the store until sometime on Tuesday. Bah.

Right now it's 10:52 Alaska Time, which is 11:52 Pacific. I started up Rocksmith and it updated the software, and when I loaded it, it said that my save data will be updated as well. I get to a point where It loads, and asks me if I'm playing Guitar or Bass. If I select Bass it tells me that I need to download the Bass update. And tries to take me to the PSN Store. I then get a nice little message saying there is nothing for me to download. So, It seems that the main software update is available, but the Bass will wait, hopefully not too much longer. I have tuesday and wednesday off, so it looks like my fingers will be a LOT sore come thursday. :)

Sony Suxxs AGAIN....HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?? The 360 Boys are Playing and we have to wait...Darn! Would it be possible for some "official" to post here as soon as the DLC is finally avaiable in the PSN Store?!

PS3 store usually updates around 7pm eastern time. We go through this for every game, all dlc stuff, I don't get why people dog Sony as if it is the first time it every happens. It's the schedule they are on, we should be used to it by now.

Sony have a different time at which they update - so it's not a delay or anything - just the normal time they update.

In some regions - it's the next day, so please remain calm..
