As i earned enough EXP in order to proceed to lvl 4, my EXP-Bar was reset but i'm still on lvl 3...

just relogin

had same problem - you don't get reward for leveling up

Just began a campaign, made about 5 or 6 missions, than relogin - and found exp bar reset completely :(
