cant send gifts or receive

started yesterday, i have really good friends on house game always sending gifts and receiving but as of yesterday cant gift or receive gifts??? maybe a glitch idk thanks carol

There are a few things we can try:

Refresh your web page (Press the F5 Key within any given browser).
Restart your browser and ensure that all windows/browser tabs are closed
Try a different browser.
