Problem with DoC Launcher

I've got beta key of Duel of Champions through Email yesterday and I'm so excited.

But I can't launch the game. It always pops out an error " Launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. "

I've tried everything, like restart the router, restart my computer, uninstall and the install it again....

So how can I get this fixed?

Why the hell would you need that CRAP?

I got the key and installed the game on my sisters laptop because i am here but i go home soon and my PC do not even have IE installed and will never get it would that mean i will get in problems?

Well, the game client works on IE and you can't change that.

Now the game launches successfully, but it will only keep black screened....
