Case 5 100 % done but cant do anything. HELP!!!

CASE 5

critical case at help desk tells me 100 complete but tre davis is still in the bed and tells me to resuscitate and when i do it tells me that he is stable and cant go any further what can i do to so i can move on been like that for like 4 days now has anyone heard back about this issue I am getting tired of not being able to go to a new case
