I'm sure it's in some easy place that I've explored a dozen times before, but I can't for the life of me find journal number 7.
The ones I have are as follows:
1) Building 1: around the rubble
2) Building 1: generator room
3) The little island between the buildings
4) Building 2: one of the conference rooms
5) Prison cell
6) On the roof above the prison area
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I went back and found it. Frustrating to move ahead in the game, not knowing how many journeys (dish rags) are lurking about. Clever where they hid the one in the rubble and this one. Requires the player to examine every nook and cranny. Leave no crevice, or LEDGE untouched.
