hello my name is angela, i' ve having problems with the game for a long time, two maybe three weeks, i can't do anything with the clinic patiens or with meds, please help! :(

Im sorry your having issue too! :( But, I am sure we can get this resolved :) First, lets please try a couple troubleshooting steps:
Clear your browser history and cookies: Not sure how? Follow this link: http://ubi.li/Y4JzZ
Restart your browser and ensure that all windows/browser tabs are closed
Check your installation of Flash to see that you have the latest version: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
Restart your computer.
Try another browser ie. Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox etc.(optional).
If you continue to have issues, please submit a ticket at http://www.ubi.com/us/support/ and they will investigate further.
