Up dating the lab & mri

Why does it take 8hrs to update the lab & mri thats how we make our money! can u pls make it like 1-2 hrs or 30m ins???

I dont mind the time to upgrade, but we should still br allowed to use it. Like with pills, you can be upgrading them but you can still prescribe them.
