Achievement not unlocking: Clinic Conflagration and 5th day x2 budget issues

So I reached level 40 and unlocked my 12th clinic chair. As there are 12 patients sitting in the clinic. Yet the award did not unlock. That's not the only issue I am having with House M.D. today. This is also my 5th day playing in a row and earlier today, I was getting x2 budget for playing my minigames. However, when I went back today, I am magically not receiving x2 budget. Shocker.

You get it on the 5th day only, not for the rest of the time you play the game -- not sure if this is what you mean. As for the award not unlocking, I would try clearing your browser's cookies and cache, or perhaps trying a different browser. If that does not work (although there isn't a followup post to this since the original on Saturday) please send in a detailed request for help to Support at http://www.ubi.com/us/support/ . Sorry, I have been away. I meant, for the 5th day, I did not receive the double budget benefit. I kind of figured it was a "on the fifth day only" type of thing. Once I returned on the same day, I was not receiving the double budget benefit.

As for the achievement not unlocking, none of these things helped. I contacted help and they said they can't help. I am now level 50 and unable to unlock the achievement. I sent screen shots proving my level and showing the achievement screen that I haven't got it unlocked. This is becoming a real issue. I suppose no one is going to help me.

Support should be able to help you unlock an achievement that you were supposed to get. Are you still waiting on a reply from them?

No, they just told me that they couldn't do it. That the development team had to do it. And I never got a response after that. That was almost a month ago. I'm kind of an achievement hunter.
