Was just wondering how your specialty is determined...Mine is glandular and I have no idea how that was chosen. Is there anyway to change that?

Mine is glandular too, and it is completely random when you start your game. It can't be changed.

Mine is heart, and my friends is chemical... I wonder if people are less likely to get a specialty that the higher level doctors have, or whether it really is *completely* random.

You're right, for now it's completely random, although this may change in the future.
