Losing hard-earned items!

This is the second time this has happened to me!
If you lose your connection after using an item ex: coffee, you have to refresh. If you refresh, the item is gone!
So I'm down one super juice.
Not to mention that I wasn't credited properly after completing a survey. I should have received 14 house credits.

I've lost about 5 items to the "refresh" bug, not to mention a ton of meds. If I actually broke out money for this game, I'd probably be filing a complaint at this point

If you have lost items, please direct your inquiries to Support at http://www.ubi.com/us/support/ so that they can fix this for you. Closing this thread, because the answer will be the same for everyone who believes they have lost things.
