C-47 Medevac

After purusing il2skins I find there are no skins for airambulance C-47's (or Li-2's). there are several for the Storch and Ju-52, but none for the Allies.

I'm looking for photos of C-47's used as 'medevac'/air ambulances. I've Googled for them, find plenty of C-47's but none with the red cross. They were marked for that were they not?

If anyone can direct me to any it would be appreciated.

Thanks to Zyzbot and Dubbo2 I have discovered that US planes did not carry Red Cross markings as they carried military supplies as well as wounded at the same time so could not display the mark per Ggeneva Convention.
