have anyone pre order online from gamestop and have anyone got a email about downloading the game cause i pre order online from gamestop and i have got no email from no one about when i can download the game plz someone help me

I guess not all places will give a pre-load? I have bought quite a lot from Gamersgate and never get a pre-load. Probably best emailing Gamestop although that will probably take a week for a reply lol.
