First off...I know this off-topic and about a legacygame...I posted there too but I wanna actually get an answer and I'm not sure if people even go onto that one much anymore. So this can get locked and/or deleted but I just really need an answer sooo...

Money Train - Original Xbox version of Double Agent at the end of Money Train when you're actually on top of the moving train...these guardskeep climbing up to the roof of the train...

WTF???? Why are they even coming up to the top of the train? I don't get it...And when they do....they get killed by the low-hanging parts of the tunnel ceiling because they're freaking stupid!

Do their deaths count as if I killed them? Is there a way to prevent this?

No, I think they come up when I played that level too. But I don't remember the game counting them as kills in your rating, because you have nothing to do with them coming up.

If you are at the part where Fisher asks himself if he should decouple the train to avoid more destruction do not decouple! Because if you do guards will come to investigate. If you do not no guard will come to the roof of the train.

OHHHHH I see! Duh, yes that is exactly where I was. But wait...if you don't decouple, doesn't that he say the guards in that part of the train will die or something during the crash...?

Unfortunately yes ... they will die during the crush or the jba member will kill them. Either way some guards will die. But it is not your fault! You still get 0 Kills...

Ah well, I suppose realistically it's inevitable some people will die no matter what you do. :/

In SAR there were the scripted scenes where they kill the geeks in Kalinatek.
