A question for the CM Team please...

A friend and i both have the demo...

He is on a 56k diap up conn and cannot connect to any games, wether i challange him or vice versa.
He runs Win98 SE

He can do everyhting but get into a game, view or play.

Any ideas please CM Team ???
I'd be disappointed if we could not play online together using CM 10th Edition
