Change Region

I have noticed that in the options menu, there is a USA flag, where i'm form the UK. When pressed, nothing happened. It was OK until i noticed that one of my friends was a level 17 "Fellow", a English job title. I was wondering how i can change my region.

maybe its automatic to regognize ur area and it isnt fully working? we really havent had any help in this forum from ubi guys in week maybe they are on holiday or this is dead =)
