Hello. Earlier today, I was playing and tending to my horses. I'd just sent a retired Standardbred over the rainbow to make room for new foals and whatnot, then left to do other things. I come back to the app, and my three other horses suddenly disappeared. I've tried reloading the game a few times and they're still gone. Is there any way to fix this, or do I have to just buy new horses again?

My horses have vanished too. I just logged in to play and they're all gone, the stable is showing cobwebs. Very frustrating as I had a full stable before and had been building up breeding badges.

I've logged in again today and they're still gone. Any idea how long it's going to take to fix? Or do I have to start again?

My horses are still gone, too. Also, my compost doesn't clear out when I clear it out.

My horses have all vanished too 3 days ago also my compost piles don't clear after harvesting them. I have been holding off reporting it as many others have already reported it, I was just hoping that they will show up but have not yet. Only thing that is left from them is empty cobweb filled stalls that were occupied. I am hope that they show up soon or later since I just saved up my money to buy my Appaloosa and now she is gone... I hope that they fix this problem real soon!

Have emailed UBI support. There's no excuse for poor customer service in this day and age. Not impressed!!!

Have to agree on that mate, allthough this is a beta, so bugs are expected, but on the other hand, we paid REAL money to support the game and pay the salary of the developers.

Ubi should decide either to let this be a beta and not use real money to play, but giving us coins instead for free,
if they stick with real money, to fix the bugs fast and first of all communicate very active and timely to their paying customers.

I also would like to see a compensation for this bug. I mean, I could have spend my money on any other entertainment which would actually be playable.

Absolutely. It's the lack of response to the problems that's annoying me. And yes, when it's a game where they are encouraging people to use their own money to play you expect better service. I won't be using any real money again on this one for sure.

I've just had a reply from UBI support saying that they don't read the forums and that the only way to get a reply to problems with the game is to email them direct and get an incident number. They can then look into any issues and deal with refunds etc. I have suggested that they post a link to the support page on here as there doesn't seem to be much point in having a bugs/tech problems forum if the queries aren't going to get answered. As for the missing horses, it doesn't look like I'm going to get them back but at least I've had a reply now.

OK ANY word on IF the horses will be coming back or not would be appreciated. If they won't come back, a couple of thousand horse bucks would be appreciated to be able to buy new horses. It's been a week now.
