Hey, I bought a Guesthouse Mystery Pack earlier today for 5 credits and it is not showing in my inventory.

I lost all my credits i had left. They were there and then just disappeared ! no I didn't spend them, they were what I had left from the 45 I bought, after buying 2 splicers (one for 5, and one for 2 credits making 7), one hired hand, and I think one accidental hired hand which left me with the 18. about 4 days ago went in to game and noticed I had zero!! I tried to go to ubisoft but they had nothing for me to write in on for the loss, only if you had paid for credits and didn't get them!! I will NOT buy again until they are returned.

Yes, I have read that thread. Would you mind telling me -how- to create a proper report? I'm very unimpressed with the level of customer care I have received with this issue.
