How do i complete this task, without using facebook credits ?

I believe it was stated a while ago that the beauty parlor is meant to take Horse Bucks and not FBC. But like I said, that was quite some time ago and it hasn't been fixed/changed yet so...I guess just leave the quest sitting there until maybe that gets fixed?
