I REALLY love this game, but it's frustrating to report issues and not have anyone acknowledge them.
I have reported this in every place possible (including the official bug report, on the facebook fan page, in the game satisfaction survey and here)- but nobody has acknowledged that it has been received, or if the developers are aware of the issue or anything.
At one point (oh, about 1300 hours ago) I upgraded my blood work machine. (either from 3 to 4 or 4 to 5 I can't remember now) The same day I also used Dr Taub to treat a patient. (as well as other regular game play) BOTH of those game elements set themselves to 2400 hours to wait instead of 24.00 hours to wait.
I'm sure it was just a typo in the game script or something, BUT, I am still left unable to progress in the game until the bloodwork machine is usable again. Every so often I pop in to treat some clinic patients with MRI , meds and long term, but I can't move through the story line. (I was replaying the Cody Piper story when it happened)
