Everytime I try to make a question at http://ubisoft-en.custhelp.com/ I get an error wwhen logging in, tried 3 different browsers and iPod touch, what the f***!!
Trying to get support for a broken game on a broken site! Someone please help with this BS!

Hi, if you are trying to get support for GRN you can also email them, the email address is in my signature.
For game issues you can also use Twitter and Facebook, these links are also in my signature.

I have tried E-mailing them using that address, they told me to go there because that is GRAW Network support. I need to make a ticket and I can't, how am I supposed to contact them?
Facebook and twitter are not options either as they want my Proof of purchase.
