Does anyone know if Ghost Recon Online will support the XBox 360 controller or any other gamepad support? This would make playing the game alot easier for me.

One of the devs posted that there is technically controller support in the game already, however there isn't currently a way to map or configure it. It will probably be added at a later date.
For now you could try using xpadder (http://xpadder.com/).
