For the past 3 days, I have been incapable of unlocking weapons. The GRN webpage constantly fails to load to the unlockable screen and the following error message is displayed:

I tried posting in two other threads concerning, roughly, the same topic but have not yet recieved a response. I've also tried different browsers to access the page but to no avail. I have no other connection problems. From what I've read, this is also happening to other users here in this forum and offering me a trouble ticket for Ubi customer support when its obviously something wrong with the page isn't going to fix the problem.
Could someone give us a heads up on this and an ETA of when it will be fixed? I'd really like to unlock these weapons. Thank you.
