Forum Manager help me please..

ive been givin a crap load of links that say they can help and the support email doesnt work......this is complete bull...i cant join the network from my computer or my android.
my computer says ti cant find my data and my phone says the stupid servers are down.....ive been trying to join ever since the release date.nothing works. at this point i dont even want to try anymore.
