The defender problem

i put in the code on the GRN and it says i have unlocked the defender(pistol) for game use in GRFS. But its not on my list to transfer to game? what do i do?

My friend had this happen to him so you could try what did it for him:

On the unlocks page, expand the tab for the gun you want to unlock. Do you see a black box with white writing that says "Transfer to game?" If so, click it. If not, try again with another internet browser. I've read that chrome, firefox, and safari have trouble with the GRN site sometimes.

I had to input the code twice reloading my screen. For some reason the page lags I think. If it dosnt work the first time, refresh and try again. I had to do it several times, but it did unlock for me eventually.

It cannot be over as my friend has just (a day and a half ago) got the gun... he says refreshing the page helps but yeah it does not work for me. If a forum manager could chime in here I am it'd be greatly appreciated. Because seriously, with all of the bugs and connection issues, I'll be alot happier if I can get my weapon. Thank You :mad:

One other note, it is an xbox360/pc exclusive. So if anyone is trying to unlock it for PS3, that may be your problem as well.

The defender was not showing up as unlockable on my list before I put in the code. I entered the code, refreshed, still not there. Tried entering the code again and it says it's already unlocked but still does not show on IE or Chrome. Refreshed again to make sure and nothing. I have the game for xbox and when logging in selected xbox so I'm not sure why it still doesn't show for me.

for me five seven is not working..unlocked other guns around 1 week ago...seems that five seven was not working, but I could swear unlock blue message popped up...now i tried it on xp firefox, explorer,
ipad, imac....non is working to enter that freaking code....not even an error message is popping up, just some loading than again same site to enter code....awsome ;-)

There are some problems with the unlocks behaving erratically and the team is aware of them. They are being worked on currently. Sorry for the inconvenience, hopefully this will be fixed soon!

by the way i mentioned that you only can use the weapons if you go online,even for singleplayer!!!!!!!

so i got the defender in game without ever having the option to actually transfer it into the game, so if you guys are still having problems after you enter the code be sure to check your secondary weapons often it might be there.

For me its still not on the list. (Will check the game later) Idk about the GRC unlocks either. "Sign into Uplay and then sign in on console"? But yeah i dont understand why you guys (forum managers,devs) just figure out(or) just PUT the defender option back on the page. Refreshing is ridiculous as all I get is "The defender is already unlocked". Basically I just think y'all need to just figure out why it's gone and put it back

I found out a way to do it. click the american flag at the bottom of the screen, enter your DOB and then the option to transfer the defender appears

How do you know it's the defender and not the MP 412?
