Y U NO switch teams in between games?

Really. Why not? With each side having different weapons, it's fair to assume to that some people are going to have a preference for one team or another. So instead of people game-hopping until they're on Ghost or vice-versa, then sticking to that game using the same weapon constantly, why not keep squads together but change factions in between games?

that would be smart do u mean like bf3 ?

i get the genral idea that as it stands the ghost have some real advantages

yes, like bf3. i actually feel the ghost team has two advantages (that i can see at least) over bodark. the first being the mk14 (granted not everyone has it) but it's a sniper without the sway or the long wait time on the crosshairs. next the MP7 has an option for a burst fire trigger, vs the PP2000 which only has the two stage trigger. it's possible to make the MP7 accurate enough (with the burst fire trigger) to out snipe someone with a sniper rifle. the PP2000 comes nowhere close.
