View Full Version : Not linking up with uplay

I can't access the ghost recon network on the website, says that it couldnt retrieve my game data.
I am playing on ps3 where if I go onto uplay I can see ghost recon on there but can't see my ghost recon data on the website
anyone have this issue or know how to fix?

I had the very same issue and here's what I discovered. A while back I created this account (Geezer-Cheeks) for u-play and forgot all about it. Having tried over and over again to access GRN nothing seemed to help...and I was about to toss my PC out the window.

I was using the wrong account. I was trying to access U-Play via Ataxia-Geezer. I guess if you've had multiple accounts here at UBI that might be one of the issues.

It's the same account as all my games like assassins creed are linked just not GR:FS. The weird thing is when I access uplay ingame it's there try the website it's not.
Might just be a problem with link from psn to ubi think I'll leave it awhile then if nothing happens get in touch with the tech team

Yeah. I seem to be having a similar issue. GRN pulls my game data....but the unlocks and Uplay stuff isn't working.

I am having the same problem.. I do not have outlook so i can not send tech support a email...

I am having the same problem.. I do not have outlook so i can not send tech support a email...

You know you can just copy and paste the email address, write it down, memorize it etc. and put it into whatever email you use right?...

Connected tech supported and had no reply. Still the same problem :(
