On Game Load --- Blank Screen only

I posted on another thread and received no acknowledgement or reply. I am reposting in a new thread.

On game load, the screen remains blank.

Hi Hi,

I am on game level 41.

I have attempted to load the game yesterday and today in IE9, Chrome and Firefox all three browsers are up to date. OS Windows 7. Flash is up to date. My cache and history etc are clear. I have removed the game and reinstalled. It will not load for me.

I do not see any notice that the game is down for maintenance.

My facebook user ID 706371790.

I have paid extra money for items in the game, if this will not be fixed I will be requesting a refund since I can not play.

Thank you for your bug report.

Our developer team is currently aware of this issue and they are working very hard on a major game upgrade that is scheduled to happen sometimes next week during a maintenance.

It will be announce in the "Latest news" section of the forums, so please keep an eye on that.

At the moment, all we can do is ask for your patience and comprehension.
