Below is a little sneak preview of my next project. This little beaut was flown by Rudorffer, JG2 in France 1941. Together with a schwarm of Stab planes, lead by Oesau himself, they'll be released in a little while. These are being made following a request from my good friend Jimbo!
The non standard colours are because JG2 a)mixed most of their colours in the field and b)often used French stocks
The result is a very nice looking plane!

Looking good! I'm curious about the fact that JG2 used lots of locally mixed colors though, what sources do You use? I've never heard that about JG2 before.

Oops...could have been a bit misleading there. I meant to say that JG 2 sometimes mixed in the field, not very often. But this particular plane is an example of that. I'm afraid I remember the exact source..(I think I read it in one of the Osprey books). These particular colours are partly my own interpretation, as well as using profile references.
