Gunsmith - Help Please!!! =(

when i enter the gunsmith and the skulls appears to load the weapons everything is ok. but once the skulls go away and the weapons are supposed to be there they dont appear. they stay invisible no matter what i do. ive even uninstalled the game entirely and still no luck :(

any help is greatly appreciated. thanks
