Clinic patients malady types

I had an idea for clinic patients due to problems I'm having getting supplies for the case patient - maybe in return for in game cash you could put out an ad or something for clinic patients with certain malady problems so it is possible to get supplies quicker. I've requested them from my friends, but I need 8 tongue depressors and in the last half an hour I have clicked over 30 clinic patients and not one of them has had a digestive malady for me to be able to get any tongue depressors!
Just used up the last 11 energy I had as well, no digestive maladies, we're over 40 now and no luck!
