My horse wants a carrot, an apple and an applecookie for a treat. But where can i find/make applecookies?

You'll need a bakery to make Apple Cookies. You can find that in the Shop, under the "Supplies" tab, for 6000. You can also get them as gifts from friends who are level 18 or higher, so be sure to let them know that you need some :)

I have a bakery but still no apple cookies...how do i produce them?

Once it's built, click on it like you would a carrot patch or apple tree. You should then get a popup with choices of what you want to make. I saw in the bugs section that some players are having difficulty clicking on the bakery, so if you still can't start making something, be sure to report it.
