A Few Issues...

I've been having tons of issues with this game... any direction?

1. Supplies that I'm supposed to be receiving from treating patients aren't showing up in my inventory.
2. Money that I'm supposed to be getting from treating patients aren't showing up.
3. My doctors don't have the correct number of consults.
4. Though I use the pills to cure patients, the pills disappear but my inventory remains the same and I can't get the pills back.

Any insight as to what I do?
