Game crashes

The game will open, 'initialise' and load the 'barn'. I get a bubble I've never seen before: a horse with a magnifying glass, loading to 100%.
My horse then appears and it's need bubble pops up. Clicking anything past there (clicking haybale, signpost, training ring..) sends me to an 'initialising' screen again.

Why is this happening? My internet connection is completely stable, and it's not dropping at all. No large programs are working in the background, so it's not a memory issue either.

Is there any further information you can give us to send to the team? For instance, what browser and version are you using? Hve you tried playing the game in a different browser with the same result?

Could you also share with us you Facebook Id or link to Facebook profile so we can look into your issue specifically?

teh magnifying glass shows the load time remaining for all your horses to appear on the map and is normal. :)
