I try to access the GRN and I get to the page where it says "Select your platform" and it won't let me progress. What is wrong?

I looked into this and it is suggested that you confirm that you haven't accidentally created 2 Uplay accounts. In order to find out, you'll need to put in another Ubisoft game, go into Uplay from your console, and check your account information you have stored. If the account name is different from the one you are using on the GRN site, you have two accounts and your beta information is linked to the account listed in Uplay for the non-GRFS beta title.
If you have the same information for both the GRN network and the Uplay account displayed on your console, I suggest contacting Ubisoft support (link at the bottom of my signature) about it, and please let me know here if that's the case so I can pass it along as well.

This was also my problem, since I had an old account linked to my Xbox360 - after checking on another game, I found the account it was linked to..

If you have changed your "gamertag" name recently that does not update our information in uplay. If you are having account linking issues with your uplay account you can contact us directly. For North America, you can call us at 919 460 9778.
