Bug report - Switching between your farm and your city drops friends' responses.

If you ask friends for help in your city, they respond, but you then go to your farm, it "forgets" that they have responded.

Example: When building a "Public Chapel" I ask my friends to join and some did, but then I went to my farm and when I
went back to my city the next day their responses had disappeared.
