Every few seconds, my game freezes, I thought it was me so I rebooted my computer, I updated my flash player, everything I could think of but it's still happening!!

Now I see I'm not the only one. I just started playing, I wasn't having this issue before, now that I'm at a higher level, it won't STOP lagging, I can't play ANY mini games right because it freezes throughout them, by the time it's stopped freezing to compute my answers, it's over!

Someone please look into the lag, I see it's listed as one of the most common problems, I would think this would be one of the biggest issues and on highest priority, no one wants to play a game that doesn't work!

Yes I hope they fix this. I don't know if anyone from ubisoft looks at this but if they do, they need to fix this/tell whoever needs to be told to get this fixed! To people who work on this game, this should definitely be a priority issue. The labwork and emergency patients are UNPLAYABLE under these conditions! I've submitted a bug ticket, and I hope others are doing the same. I'm really hoping they are very close to fixing the problem because I know that personally its been going on for at least a week now.

Surveys don't do s*. Developers have to take care of the problems themselves, and not regular maintenance will make a difference like last time. Just keep posting bug complaints and eventually they have to look into it and fix it immediately.

It seems that if you play mini games, especially the Blood Work Lab, in full screen, it behaves a little better. Visit Adobe Flash's website to make sure your player and plug in's are up to date. If you use Firefox, you can type the following in your browser... about : plug ins, then click the option for "are my plug ins up to date", to automatically make sure you have the newest ones. If your browser gives you trouble with animations on other games or sites, consider creating a new Firefox or Google Chrome profile, since your current browser user profile may be corrupt. Here are links for the processes I mentioned above. Hope this helps and have a great day.
