necropolis and Leadership (morale)

Hello everyone,

I just have a question, should I spend skill points on leadership ( to boost morale) when choosing Necropolis, I notice that the morale of Necropolis main heroes is 0.
and what does morale exactly does?

Never do anything related to morale with Necropolis. Don't choose the heroism/heroic charge skills either.

When a monster gets good morale, they get an extra half action. When they have bad morale they lose their turn.

no, necro units have no moral as description clearly says.
Only destiny/luck affects this faction, the reason you still have an option of moral is you can always get non-necro units in your army.
