voip and dedicated server questions

Does anybody know the answers to these questions


Does coop run on client host or dedicated servers ? or maybe can do both ?
Does multiplayer have dedicated servers ? if so how many slots max ?
Does coop have in game voip ?
Does multiplayer have ingame voip ?

These questions have been asked before but my guess is we will have to wait until after the console versions have kicked off in retail. June is probably when we will know more about the PC multiplayer details, just my guess though.
