launcher says we'd have an update by 3pm EDT today. no update.
and what is wrong with the server that it'd be down for this long? its not just a crash because a restart would have fixed that. It's not an update because you dont have "unexpected" downtime to do an update. Does UBI or whoever's running this server fail that hard at maintaining a server that they can't fix it?
Can we get some info on what's really going on instead of being left out in the dark and y'all failing to even deliver on promised status updates with a time? Not to mention the server benig down for days since i got my beta key here recently lol. If this were a server in my house it would already be back up and running. I would think "professionals" would certainly have fixed it by now. If it's a parts issue (something fried or whatnot) why aren't there any spare parts on hand or you have an arrangement with a computer parts company that can quickly deliver? Maintenance isn't a difficult thing unless the maintainers make it a difficult thing.
