View Full Version : Very Bad Lag

Ok...something has happened to this game and it isn't good...as of today all of the Mini-Games suck due to lag...and I WILL NOT be playing until it is fixed...just glad I have finished all of the cases available thus far...I may not have all stars filled..but that it is impossible to do with the lag at this point..

You Seem To Be The Only One Experiencing This As I Never Have...Perhaps You Need To Clear Your Cache Or You Have Malware On Your Computer.

Nope...alot of others are experiencing the issue as well...there is a House MD Group on Facebook and alot of people are complaining about it there as well...it is not a Cache issue as I clear my cache all the time and I have a Mac and Malware, Spyware, or any Viruses at all are pretty much Non-Existent to Mac's...plus I believe if you check the Feedback & Suggestion Forum people have posted about it there as well..

Yes, there are a lot of people complaining about the same thing. It's very frustrating.

Experiencing the same thing. Some of it seems to have to do with how many people you have in Pharmacy (it gets worse the more you have), but it still prevalent even in the absence of that. Seems to cost you about 3 seconds per lag per game; which does get frustrating quickly.

I'm having the same problem and losing alot of money and second per game and yes it is very frustrating.

Actually, no, they are not the only one. I'm on level 20 and I am having the exact same problem. My cache is clear and I have no malware.

Humm, I'm having the same problem also. I keep sending people to the pharmacy to avoid the challenges (small games) so now my pharmacy is full and I have no meds. LOL! Oh brother! I can't buy more meds either because I've used up my money. I hope they fix this soon because I really like this game but now I'm backed into a corner, so to speak, and can't do anything :(

I hear ya Karen...I'm pretty much in the same boat...this isn't a Cache or Malware issue...it was just fine maybe a handful of days ago..now all of a sudden as of 2-3 days ago...MAJOR LAG & Choppiness...I for one will not play like this and am going to advise the FB Group I am a member of to do the same thing...Maybe once they realize they are losing players and activity in the game has fallen off...maybe they will address it or atleast respond to threads like these and let us know they are atleast AWARE of the problem.

Yes! I read your post here and I did have a Pharmacy full of patients so one by one I cured them out. Now, all seems to be running so much better!! Thanks for posting this because I know that it has helped me out very much!!:D

Winger534.......I saw a post on here about the game slows down when the Pharmacy is full. Mine was full so I "cured out" my patients waiting in the pharmacy and my game speed has improved. It's still not perfect but much much better. You might give that a try if you have patients waiting in your pharmacy and see if that helps you out. Good luck!

The lag IS much better but as Karen has stated...it isn't quite back to normal yet...still quite "choppy"...

Hi i see most of these people are from the group ,,I too noticed the lag of the game as of yesterday as well as i dont have any meds ,,today it is worse...not sure if maybe there are too many people on the server at once or what the issue is,,sadly to say id like to inquire about this issue to ubisoft ,being 1 of the admin in the group ,i can see everyones issues and try to contact ubisoft so i can relay information back ,,but its hard to do that when I dont get a response back!

Your not the only one. it has been like that for 4 days on me. it sucks. i was up there too. and im on case 4 and the lag is ****ty. this is a great game, but they need to work out the quirks. :cool:

Hi it didn't start happening to me til I added over 7 new neighbors than I noticed the lag so now I want to drop acouple neighbors but have no way of knowing how to....any Help---thanx

It seems that if you play mini games, especially the Blood Work Lab, in full screen, it behaves a little better. Visit Adobe Flash's website to make sure your player and plug in's are up to date. If you use Firefox, you can type the following in your browser... about : plug ins, then click the option for "are my plug ins up to date", to automatically make sure you have the newest ones. If your browser gives you trouble with animations on other games or sites, consider creating a new Firefox or Google Chrome profile, since your current browser user profile may be corrupt.
